Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean LLP, the largest law firm in the East Bay representing businesses throughout the Bay Area and state, congratulates Construction Partner Garret D. Murai on his recognition as a Top Author in the JD Supra 2019 Readers’ Choice Awards. Honored in the Construction category for the fourth consecutive year, Murai was selected by JD Supra based on his high levels of visibility and engagement with his articles on the platform.
The JD Supra Readers’ Choice Awards recognize top authors and firms whose articles were read by C-suite executives, in-house counsel, media and other professionals across the JD Supra platform during 2018. For its 2019 Readers’ Choice Awards, JD Supra reviewed its 2018 reader data, identifying 26 industries and topics and recognizing the top 10 authors and one firm within each category that had the highest consistent readership and engagement. Only 228 of the more than 50,000 that publish on the platform were chosen as Top Authors.
“JD Supra’s platform is an invaluable resource enabling attorneys and law firms to distribute timely, relevant legal information to decision makers in the industries Wendel Rosen serves, including construction, and I’m honored to be recognized as a Top Author once again,” said Murai.
Murai represents parties involved in nearly every aspect of construction, from project formation through post-project close-out. His clients include owners, developers, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and sureties. Murai’s experience encompasses licensing; contract drafting and negotiations; bid protests and subcontractor substitutions; mechanics liens, stop payment notice and other payment remedies; and defect, delay and acceleration claims.
