In a webinar led by Wendel Rosen Partners Mark Epstein and Robin Thornton, the experienced attorneys provide an introduction to different types of involuntary property transfers, including adverse possession, prescriptive and equitable easements, eminent domain, and foreclosures. The presenters also discuss valuation and title issues related to such property transfers.
