COVID-19 in the Workplace: Managing in the New Normal
Christine Noma, Partner in Wendel Rosen’s Employment Practice Group, will moderate a dynamic panel as they discuss “COVID-19 in the Workplace: Managing in the New Normal” on May 25, 2021.
Hosted by the Alameda County Bar Association, this program is intended to help practitioners confront the ever-changing landscape of the COVID-19 pandemic. Employee and employer perspectives on the pandemic and its impact on the workplace will be presented through a review of the most recent state and federal regulations and currently pending litigation. This review will be followed by a comprehensive look at the state of the science with a focus on current regulatory requirements and government guidelines related to COVID-19 aimed at returning employees to the workplace.
