Maggie is a partner in Wendel Rosen’s Employment Practice Group. During her nearly 30 years as an employment attorney, she has represented both employers and employees, served as an expert witness, and assisted parties in resolving cases.  She has conducted numerous jury and bench trials, as well as arbitrations and administrative hearings. She is experienced in both federal and state courts and has represented clients before a variety of administrative agencies.

Maggie represents clients in all phases of employment litigation including actions for discrimination, harassment, violation of public policy, breach of contract, breach of covenant, wage claims, and ERISA. She also provides advice on a wide range of employment issues including harassment, discrimination, Affordable Care Act, Family and Medical Leave and Family Rights Acts, Americans with Disabilities Act, wage and hour matters, WARN Act, workplace security, severance, and workplace privacy.

While working on matters as a neutral mediator, Maggie has succeeded in resolving broad ranges of disputes, including employment and business matters, contract negotiations, wage claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, violation of public policy, breach of contract, and breach of covenant.

In addition, Maggie conducts training on issues such as harassment, diversity, personnel practices, and violence in the workplace.  She investigates, evaluates, and proposes remedial measures for claims. She updates company personnel policies, procedures, and employment agreements, and  negotiates executive contracts and severance agreements.
