Experience
Jennifer is a litigation and intellectual property attorney. Her practice encompasses a wide variety of commercial and intellectual property litigation including employment, intellectual property infringement, and general commercial litigation. Jennifer also represents clients in trademark prosecution matters, copyright counseling, domain name and advertising issues.
While attending law school, Jennifer served as articles editor of Hastings’ Constitutional Law Quarterly and was a three-time recipient of the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence, bestowed upon the highest achieving student in select California law school courses. She also studied abroad in China at the University of Hong Kong.
A Bay Area native, Jennifer has deep roots in the community and speaks both conversational Mandarin and Cantonese.
