Experience

Anagha helps established entities grow and emerging entities succeed.  She has assisted clients in a variety of industries, including public agencies, technology companies, financial institutions, real estate, and companies involved in green business.

Her litigation practice includes representing clients in a variety of complex litigation matters in both trial and appellate courts.  Anagha handles a wide range of matters, including eminent domain, land use/real estate, intellectual property (trademark, copyright, patent, licensing), construction, and complex commercial litigation.

In addition to Anagha's litigation work, she is developing expertise in a transaction practice counseling clients on intellectual property issues, green practices, and advertising and promotional matters.  She also works on advising transportation clients on general business issues.

Before joining Wendel Rosen in 2008, Anagha clerked for the Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall, United States District Judge for the Central District of California; and worked at a prominent international law firm.  During law school, Anagha was a clerk for the California State Assembly Public Safety Committee, the Contra Costa County Public Defender's Office, and the International Crimes Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.  She also successfully appealed a prisoner's civil rights case before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Anagha is committed to bettering her Oakland and East Bay communities.  In choosing Wendel Rosen, Anagha says she saw an opportunity to work with the East Bay firm that is committed to building close relationships with its clients, to developing deep subject expertise, to diversity and to serving its community.
