Experience

Walt is a partner in the firm's taxation and business groups, where his practice emphasizes business, corporate and real estate tax planning; mergers and acquisitions; and general business law.  A member of the firm since 1978, he is a former member of the Tax Law Advisory Commission of the California Board of Legal Specialization.  He lectures frequently before trade and professional organizations.
