Experience

As a California State Bar certified specialist in Estate Planning, Trusts and Probate, Judith provides comprehensive and personalized estate planning services. She helps clients prepare wills, living trusts, life insurance trusts, durable powers of attorney and advance health care directives to successfully transfer wealth, protect loved ones, reduce family conflict, and minimize estate and gift tax consequences.

Judith is also an expert on post-mortem estates (trusts and probate) -- implementing the estate plan after a person passes away, resolving creditor and tax issues, and distributing and administering the estate in accordance with the decedent's wishes.

Judith has been a guest speaker on Chinese radio, AM 1400, and on Chinese television, TVB's "Financial Magazine," where she educates the Chinese community on important estate planning and tax topics. Being one of the region's few fluent Cantonese speaking trust and estate law specialists, she also has handled international estates with overseas donors and beneficiaries.
