Sexual Harassment Prevention for Restaurant Employees

On September 29, employment attorneys David Goldman and Gillian M. Ross presented a harrassment prevention seminar to the Golden Gate Restaurant Association. David and Gillian  have represented numerous restaurants and restaurateurs in the Bay Area and they each have more than 20 years of experience in employment counseling and litigation.

Knowing how to prevent sexual harassment and discriminatory behavior is critical in today's workplace. Sexual harassment is illegal and reduces employee moral, job productivity, job satisfaction and staff retention. This seminar covered the following topics:
