On May 20, real estate attorney Zack Wasserman will lead the program "Forming and Managing Commercial TICs." This program is a members only meeting of the Urban Land Institute. Zack will discuss issues to consider when forming, investing in, and managing commercial TICs. In addition, he will speak about the types of projects or portfolios that might lend themselves to using the commercial TIC concept as an investment vehicle or a management strategy.

The Urban Land Institute is a nonprofit research and education organization compromised of land use and real estate development professionals. It's mission is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide.

It’s Not Easy Going Green.... Or is It?
