Kevin is a dedicated trust and estate litigation attorney, representing fiduciaries, beneficiaries and nonprofit organizations in all aspects of contested trust, estate, conservatorship, and elder abuse matters.  Kevin also assists his clients in pre-litigation avoidance  and settlement efforts, including through mediation.  While Kevin now focuses his practice squarely on litigation matters, he has an extensive background as a trust, estate and tax planning attorney and has an LL.M in Taxation.
