Practice Areas
Experience
Judith's practice includes administration of post-mortem
estates (probate and trust); research and analysis of
tax, probate and trust law; and representation of executors,
administrators, trustees and beneficiaries in matters
involving estates and trusts. She frequently helps clients
to prepare and evaluate wills, living trusts, life insurance
trusts, and durable powers of attorney to successfully
transfer wealth with minimum estate and gift tax consequences.
Judith is certified by the State Bar of California as
a Specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law.
Judith is one of the few estate planning attorneys in
California who is fluent in Cantonese. She is a guest
speaker on Chinese radio, AM 1400, and on Chinese television,
TVB's "Financial Magazine," educating the
Chinese community on various estate planning and tax
topics.
