Experience

Richard Sipos is a partner in Wendel Rosen's real estate litigation and construction practices. With more than 20 years of experience, his practice emphasizes real estate law, commercial and complex litigation, construction law and employment law. Richard's general real estate work includes purchase and sale transactions, tax deferred exchanges, leasing (retail, warehouse and office), financing, environmental compliance and clean-up, and formation of limited liability companies. His real estate litigation experience includes breach of lease, boundary disputes, non-disclosure cases, ADA accessibility, specific performance, unlawful detainer, CEQA and easement cases.

Additionally, Richard represents clients in all phases of construction from contract drafting through project completion. He has handled claims and dispute resolution involving hotels, prisons, hospitals, universities, apartment buildings, warehouses and office buildings.

Richard has extensive training as a mediator and is a member of the U.S. District Court Northern District of California Mediation Panel.
