Experience
Greg's general commercial litigation practice spans
various substantive areas, including real estate and
construction (construction defect, lease disputes, disputes
relating to the sale of property), intellectual property
(trademark, copyright, and patent infringement, licensing
disputes), unfair business practices (unfair competition,
antitrust, consumer actions), privacy and computer law,
advertising law, constitutional law, insurance (coverage
issues and bad faith claims), environmental law, as
well as general contract disputes.
On the transactional side, Greg has represented clients
in negotiating and drafting various types of agreements,
including co-branding and licensing agreements, employment
agreements, and documents in connection with mergers,
acquisitions, and formation of business entities. In
addition, Greg has counseled clients on a wide range
of operational issues, such as corporate governance
and compliance.
During the summer of 1997, Greg served as a summer intern
in the California Attorney General's office. While at
Boalt Hall, he was Senior Publishing Editor of the California
Law Review and a member of the Ecology Law Quarterly.
