Experience
Sarah represents clients in real
estate, transactional, and litigation matters. Sarah
has experience with complex intellectual property, securities,
appellate, and habeas corpus litigation. She has also
represented clients in a variety of administrative hearings.
During law school, Sarah served as Supervising Editor
of the California Law Review and Assistant Managing
Editor of the Berkeley Journal of International Law.
She was also a Judicial Extern for The Honorable John
C. Coughenour, United States District Judge for the
Western District of Washington. As a visiting student
at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Sarah
was certified to practice law in the Philadelphia Court
of Common Pleas and represented clients of the Penn
Legal Assistance Office.
