Matt represents a diverse group of manufacturing, distribution
and wholesale/retail clients in all manner of general
business counseling and real estate transactional work.
Clients include consumer product companies ranging from
home and garden to bicycles. His practice emphasizes
corporate counseling, including entity formation, finance,
mergers and acquisitions, licensing, manufacturing and
distribution, secured transactions, general business
matters, and real property purchase, sale and leasing.
