Experience
Elizabeth represents creditors, trustees, and debtors
in all aspects of Chapters 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy matters
for both businesses and individuals. Her practice emphasizes
business reorganization, creditors' rights, secured
transactions, and commercial and real property litigation.
Prior to entering private practice in 1984, Elizabeth
served as an extern for Justice Allen Broussard of the
Supreme Court of the State of California and then for
Judge Marilyn Hall Patel of the United States District
Court Northern District of California.
